Essentially, TF Design provides Conceptual, Planning and Building Drawings for Home and Small Commercial Projects.

Most importantly, managing your project through the design process with the necessary planning permission and building regulations approval is what I ensure is undertaken carefully and accurately with a step by step approach to the design costs and fees along the way so you only commit to the costs as and when needed.
Working with Contractors
A strong line of communication between designers and builders creates a better working environment and more efficient project time line. Through my previous experience as a contractor and working in several trades, there are local builders I can highly recommend for your project.
